Computes individual bru_mapper_taylor objects for included components
for each model likelihood
Usage
evaluate_comp_lin(model, input, state, inla_f = FALSE, options = NULL)
Arguments
- model
A bru_model object
- input
A list of named lists of component inputs
- state
A named list of component states
- inla_f
Controls the input data interpretations
- options
A bru_options object. The log verbosity options
are used.
Value
A list (class 'comp_simple') of named lists (class
'comp_simple_list') of bru_mapper_taylor objects, one for each included
component
